The tragic events that took place on July 8 in Black Rock, Tobago, have now turned into a quadruple murder after Jomoke Duncan, the fourth victim, passed away from his injuries. The Bethel resident fought bravely but ultimately succumbed to his gunshot wounds at Scarborough General Hospital around 9:30 pm on the same day. The other three victims, Ansleym Douglas, Samuel McKain, and Gregory Hamlet, tragically lost their lives at the scene of the shooting.
The incident occurred around 12:04 am when a group of men were playing cards near a business place in Black Rock. Suddenly, three gunmen approached them and opened fire. The assailants quickly fled the scene in a silver Aqua car, leaving a trail of devastation behind them.
