Samsung enthusiasts were eagerly anticipating the release of the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, but it seems they may have to hold off just a bit longer. The third-generation earbuds, priced at $250, were initially set to hit shelves on July 24th in the US, but Samsung has now delayed the launch to August 28th.

This delay comes in response to reports from early users claiming that the new silicone ear tips in the Galaxy Buds3 Pro rip too easily. Samsung has confirmed that they are temporarily halting shipments to conduct a thorough quality control evaluation, emphasizing that they take these concerns very seriously.

Customers who have already purchased the earbuds are advised to contact Samsung directly or visit a Samsung Service Center. Some users have reported difficulties in removing the silicone tips without damaging them, leading to a piece of silicone remaining stuck on the plastic ring of the earbuds.

Despite these early setbacks, Samsung is taking proactive steps to address the issue and ensure customer satisfaction. By offering refunds and delaying the release, they are working to minimize the impact on consumers. As we await the revised release date in August, let’s hope that the Galaxy Buds3 Pro will prove to be a more robust and reliable choice for audio enthusiasts.
