Providing updates through their ministries and social media platforms, the trio has been instrumental in coordinating relief efforts.
On July 5, the ministers oversaw the loading of supplies onto the TT vessel Galleons Passage at the GSS Ferry Jetty in Port of Spain. The ship sailed for Grenada early the next morning to deliver a wide range of essential items, from building materials to medical supplies.
Following the devastating impact of Hurricane Beryl, the government of Trinidad and Tobago remains committed to supporting the affected countries. This recent shipment marks the third delivery of supplies since the hurricane made landfall on July 1, with previous shipments including food, water, hygiene products, and more.
