Neha Dhupia, with 20 years of yoga experience under her belt, continued her practice throughout her second pregnancy. She emphasized the importance of consistency, sharing on Instagram, “Everything you’ve been doing before pregnancy is something you should continue for the nine months as well.”

Anushka Sharma and her cricketer husband, Virat Kohli, made waves online when they announced their pregnancy. Anushka, a yoga enthusiast, shared a photo of herself doing Shirshasana with Virat’s assistance. She highlighted the importance of consulting with a doctor before continuing yoga during pregnancy, emphasizing modifications for safety.
