Country music sensation Morgan Wallen took the United Kingdom by storm with his debut headlining show at BST’s Hyde Park in London, drawing a crowd of 50,000 fans in what turned out to be the largest country concert ever held in the UK.

Even celebrities like Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, Patrick Mahomes, and Brittany Mahomes couldn’t resist the allure of Wallen’s music, with Brittany sharing her excitement on Instagram about attending the “country concert in London.”

Wallen’s performance on July 4 was nothing short of spectacular, with highlights including an acoustic rendition of his hit song “Lies Lies Lies” and a solo performance of his chart-topping collaboration with Post Malone, “I Had Some Help.” The singer-songwriter wrapped up the night with a throwback to his breakthrough track “The Way I Talk” from his debut album, If I Know Me.

In a surprise move, Wallen released a U.K. exclusive physical CD of “Lies Lies Lies,” alongside the digital version available on streaming platforms. This comes hot on the heels of his Abbey Road Sessions recorded at London’s Abbey Road Studios in 2023.

His One Night at a Time Tour in the United States continues to sell out multiple stadium shows, with recent successes including a three-night stint at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium. Wallen’s global appeal has been growing steadily, evidenced by his chart-topping success on the Billboard Global 200 with “I Had Some Help.”

Not only does Wallen break records with his music, but he also supports charitable causes through The Morgan Wallen Foundation. In London, the foundation donated $20,000 to the London Youth Choirs, providing disadvantaged young people with access to music and performance opportunities.

Fans in the UK can look forward to more of Wallen’s electrifying performances as he prepares for his first European headlining tour, kicking off in Stockholm, Sweden on August 28. With stops in Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Glasgow, and Dublin, Wallen’s international success shows no signs of slowing down.
