Kansas City Chiefs co-owner Brittany Mahomes, wife of star quarterback Patrick Mahomes, made a heartfelt plea for advice from fellow toddler moms on Instagram this past Sunday. The 28-year-old mom of two shared her parenting dilemma after letting her son Bronze, 18 months, develop a TV-watching habit during a family vacation in Europe.
Brittany explained in her Instagram Stories post that while on their trip, they allowed Bronze to watch TV while eating to avoid temper tantrums in public. But now that they’re back home, breaking this habit has proven to be quite a challenge. Seeking help from her followers, Brittany opened up a question-and-answer box on Instagram for tips on how to get her toddler to eat without the need for a show.
This isn’t the first time Brittany has been candid about the joys and struggles of parenting. In May, she shared a touching moment with her daughter Sterling Skye as the little one recovered from a stomach virus. And recently, she documented her visit with her kids to the Kansas City Chiefs’ training camp, where Patrick is gearing up for the upcoming NFL season.
