An unidentified man’s body was found in a river in Felicity near the WASA pump house, sparking an investigation by authorities.
Discovered around 9 am on June 29, a video circulating on social media captured the man lying face down in the river. He was wearing a blue sweater, a plaid blue and white shirt, and cream-colored long pants.
The passer-by who found the body promptly alerted the police, who confirmed that the man was unresponsive upon arrival.
Following a preliminary examination by the District Medical Officer (DMO), the body was taken to the mortuary for an autopsy as efforts to identify the man continue.
Authorities are actively pursuing leads as the investigation unfolds.
