Schoolboy Q Faces Yet Another Setback as Chicago Concert Postponed Due to Airline Issues
Schoolboy Q fans in Chicago were left disappointed as the rapper had to postpone his concert scheduled for Saturday night. The reason? Numerous airlines were affected by the CrowdStrike/Microsoft outage, making it impossible for Q and his crew to make it to Chicago on time. Devin Malik, who was set to open for Q at the show, took to Instagram to explain the situation, stating, "No plane in Cali could get us to Chicago in time forced us to move it a couple of days up. See y’all there."
This is not the first time Q has faced such a setback. His concert in Toronto, Canada was also scrapped previously due to safety concerns. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Q expressed his frustration by simply writing, "BraH" with a facepalming emoji. He even speculated on social media that Drake, who has been beefing with Kendrick Lamar, might have had a hand in the cancelation.
Fans of Schoolboy Q empathized with him, with some expressing their disappointment and frustration over the last-minute change. However, Drake fans took the opportunity to troll Q, blaming him for the situation. Despite the setbacks, Q seems to be taking it all in stride. In a post about the Toronto cancelation, he wrote, "Nvm tHis sHt [lowkey] Hilarious… Iono wHy dot [Lamar] put me in tHat fcking video."
