Renowned musician Kim Gordon isn’t one to hold back on her opinions, especially when it comes to pop culture icons. In a recent interview with The Guardian’s 10 Chaotic Questions, Gordon didn’t hesitate to share her thoughts on Taylor Swift, stating, “I’m not really a fan. I couldn’t tell you what her music sounded like, actually.” Ouch.
But Gordon isn’t the only one throwing shade at Swift. Just last month, Swift found herself on the receiving end of Kim Kardashian’s subtle dig on social media. And who can forget when Eddie Murphy admitted he couldn’t name a single Taylor Swift song in a recent interview with The New York Times?
It seems like Swift just can’t catch a break from these cultural figures. Maybe she should take a page out of Billie Eilish’s book, who Gordon named as a pop icon she would choose over Swift any day. Looks like Swift has some work to do if she wants to win over these critics.
