Get ready gamers, because Microsoft is about to drop a bombshell in the gaming world. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is coming to Xbox Game Pass later this month, marking the first of the older Call of Duty titles to hit the subscription service. Developed by Sledgehammer Games, this 2023 title received praise from the community, although critics were quick to point out its short and lackluster single-player content.
Rumors are swirling that the official announcement could happen any day now, tying in nicely with the recent Xbox Game Pass price increases. Starting July 10, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will see a $3 bump to $19.99 per month, while PC Game Pass subscriptions are heading up to $11.99 monthly. But don’t worry, you’ll still have access to those day-one releases.
While we can’t nail down an exact release date just yet, it seems like Modern Warfare 3 will be dropping in the latter half of this month. And that’s not all – whispers have it that other older Activision games, including Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy, will also be joining the party soon.
