On a recent episode of MBC’s ‘Radio Star’, Oh My Girl’s Seunghee dropped a bombshell confession that left everyone in awe – for the past decade, she has been the sole breadwinner for her family. Seunghee opened up about her money-centric work ethic, explaining that her dedication to supporting her family has kept her away from dating scandals and focused on her career.

The singer shared, “I’ve been working tirelessly to pay off family debts, buy my parents a home, and secure a solid financial future for them. It’s all out of love for my family.” But when asked who manages her finances, Seunghee revealed her mother is in charge. This raised eyebrows among the guests, with veteran singer Ok Joo Hyun advising Seunghee to take control of her own accounts for true independence.

Host Kim Gu Ra chimed in, stressing the importance of financial autonomy and recommended that Seunghee handle her own money and start giving her parents a generous allowance instead. Ok Joo Hyun and Kim Gu Ra emphasized the significance of owning up to your earnings and managing your finances responsibly.

As the conversation took a more serious turn, Seunghee confessed to splurging on imported clothes for herself with a sheepish grin, prompting Ok Joo Hyun to offer some one-on-one advice off-camera. Stay tuned as Seunghee navigates the world of financial independence and learns valuable lessons from her seasoned industry peers.
