Actress Eva Amurri, daughter of Susan Sarandon, didn’t hold back when responding to critics who were scandalized by her wedding dress cleavage. In a series of Instagram posts, she shared snaps from her special day with chef Ian Hock, describing it as a day filled with love and incredible energy.

One photo from the ceremony showed the couple posing in the rain, with Amurri wearing a strapless Kim Kassas dress with a corset-style neckline. Despite some negative comments about her gown being “unflattering,” the bride thought it was the perfect blend of sexy and elegant.

In an interview with People, Amurri explained her choice, saying she wanted to feel sexy yet elegant on her wedding day. She felt the vintage-inspired dress struck the perfect balance and perfectly reflected who she is as a woman today.

Amurri and Hock tied the knot in New York’s Hudson Valley, surrounded by 40 guests, including Sarandon and her ex Tim Robbins. The intimate ceremony focused on their “little family unit” as well as their love for food, creating a personal and intimate celebration.

The couple had been dating for two years before getting engaged in Paris in February 2023. Their wedding was a beautiful and heartfelt affair, filled with love and joy.
