Trinidad and Tobago courts are set to return to in-person operations on July 2 after operating remotely due to the impact of Hurricane Beryl on July 1.

While Tobago courts functioned remotely, courts in Trinidad maintained limited in-person operations in addition to remote services.

On July 1, there were no in-person trials in Trinidad, and appointments that required face-to-face interaction were expected to be rescheduled for a later date.

Jury selection dates have been adjusted as well, with new dates set for July 2 at the Princes Town Judicial Centre and July 4 at the Hall of Justice in Port of Spain.
